How enlightenment begins:
South American shamans take a conscious approach to unleashing, purification and enlightenment. They like to use psychoactive plants to dampen the human psyche so that the calmed human psyche now has less of a stranglehold on the earthly life force. This now freer life force helps the body to regenerate and increasingly heals it. This force also eliminates pathogens, releasing further life force in the human being. This force makes the human body appear in a new light and has a balancing effect on the other two components, which also brighten as a result. If the life force becomes increasingly stronger, this force can take on a dynamic of its own and to a certain extent become independent. Such an independent life force can easily open a pituitary gland. In this way, the South American shaman's enlightenment progresses and unleashes further forces within him. The shaman cleanses his physical plexus with the help of psychoactive plants.
If the inner light has become too low in one area of the human being, the missing light can be largely compensated for with light from another area. This means that a deficit in the physical body is compensated for with the inner light of the emotional plexus or with the light from the mental plexus, so that all the functions of the body continue to work almost without restriction. The same applies to the two other components, the emotional plexus and the mental plexus. Failures only occur if a light deficit has arisen in the same correspondences (places) in all components. The reverse conclusion allows for the idea that one can only enlighten one component with excessive cleansing. With his extreme training, the heavy athlete achieves a great purification of his body plexus, which consists not only of his cells, his physical powers, his etheric powers and his etheric vitality. One component (plexus)
The athlete also purifies his physical plexus and progresses in his enlightenment, but he does so unconsciously and does not know where his physical efforts will lead him. He trains and constantly builds up his physical strength, which allows his etheric forces to become dynamic and then have a strong effect on the other two components (plexuses). This life force with its etheric part gradually opens the athlete's pituitary gland and thus drives his enlightenment forward.
Something similar happens in the Indian Ta. system or the Chinese Ka. system. This is because both groups use their emotional forces and constantly demand more life force until their etheric forces grow, become dynamic and then acquire a certain independence. These forces, which have become dynamic, also have an effect on the other two components (plexuses) and almost compensate for their deficits. The growing etheric part of the life force also opens the human pituitary gland. This opening increases physical perception many times over and also brings forth more light.
The musician who constantly expresses his feelings begins to shine from the emotional side. However, the musician rarely lights up through his activity because he loves to express his feelings and therefore makes less use of his mind without realizing it.
The student of breathing, on the other hand, cleanses his emotional fabric decisively with his breathing techniques and fundamentally liberates his life force with his activity. A liberated life force gradually opens the pituitary gland and begins to enlighten the person, restoring certain abilities.
The scholar likes to use his mind and loves to use it until he has purified his mental plexus and it lights up. The meditator in the cave also uses the power of his mind until he becomes clairvoyant and begins his enlightenment. His life force also becomes independent and gradually opens the pituitary gland with the etheric part. His additional light and his additional power in the mental plexus have an effect on the other plexuses and compensate for existing deficits. In this way, all the functions of the body can continue to work almost without restriction.
The hypnotist helps his clients to clear painful and reducing connections in their minds and to transform them. This form of therapy cleanses the mental and emotional networks and unleashes additional light and strength. This light and this power have an effect on all networks and almost completely compensate for existing deficits. This liberated life force in turn opens the client's pituitary gland and, with its additional etheric component, restores lost abilities. This psychotherapy contributes to enlightenment and is very easy to dose.
The yoga practitioner consciously uses all three types of purification. They use physical movement, targeted breathing and train their concentration until they have purified their components or plexuses and their life force has developed its own dynamic. The life force that has become dynamic gradually opens his pituitary gland, whereupon he gradually becomes enlightened.
But before a pituitary gland opens, a person's soul should first be purified so that the onset of enlightenment does not become an excessive demand. For this reason, in all spiritual schools of the world, the soul is purified first before the personality can attempt enlightenment. Purification of the soul initially consists of renouncing destructive forms of expression in daily life and implementing exclusively constructive, life-affirming forms of expression. Then the beginning of enlightenment also becomes a sacred event.
Effects of the inner light:
People can also begin their enlightenment unintentionally. This can happen when people react strongly to certain medications, when they practice inappropriate exercises excessively or when they have developed spiritual maturity, whereupon enlightenment is a natural follow-up process. There are also individuals whose providence includes their enlightenment in their lives. Once enlightenment has begun, whether intentionally or not, certain purification symptoms occur that are identical throughout the world. The light that triggers the symptoms comes from a plexus that naturally has a massive effect on the other plexuses.
As soon as a large amount of light spreads through the human body, a force begins to vibrate in the body. This force initially vibrates in individual places, but then the vibration spreads throughout the body and revitalizes the body. At first it is only a force that vibrates in the human body, but soon the body starts to vibrate in the same way and begins to oscillate. The vibration can also be transmitted through physical touch. From then on, the human body also begins to twitch and sometimes tremble. If people are exposed to such amounts of light, they quickly fall over and show other physical symptoms that come from the center of their body plexus. There are other physical symptoms, such as permanent coughing, red patches of skin, visible tattoos or palm lines, a change in physical shape, even spontaneous healing and much more. These are all cleansing symptoms that originate from the body plexus. The center of this plexus is the solar plexus, which enables every form of movement, coordinates the nerve plexus and produces a physical perception that is called feeling.
Cleansing symptoms that come from the emotional network always affect the perception of feeling and the corresponding etheric forces of the person. These forces quickly destabilize existing emotions by amplifying them many times over. Such states are often described as "a wild ride on an emotional rollercoaster". An unexpectedly great joy arises in a person and in the next moment a sadness emerges that is just as difficult to explain. Just as the light increases in the emotional network, affected people begin to feel more again. They feel their emotional state more clearly, they feel their physical pain more intensely and they also feel the problems of other people, which they often think are their own problems. These people can feel parts of their future and they can perceive their heart again. They can feel their wishes and needs again and they can remember their old goals. Such expanding circumstances can quickly upset affected people, because they also feel what has been bothering them and weighing them down for a long time. Such cleansing symptoms stem from the emotional network. The center of this plexus is in the middle of the chest.
When the light in the mental network increases, all mental powers and mental types of perception grow. These forces and perceptions produce different purification symptoms that affect people and their minds. Some people feel sick when they think of their unpleasant experiences. Such reactions occur unexpectedly and are reminiscent of allergies. Affected people sometimes seem to lose their composure and orientation when these thoughts occur. Insights of this kind can sometimes lead to enlightening visions, which can make them feel even worse. People also seem to lose concentration from time to time. Sometimes recurring depressions occur, which have their origin in the lack of concentration. The power of thought originates from the mental network and is the strongest force of the personality. It is understandable that this force acts on the other two plexuses and purifies them. The symptoms of the three plexuses manifest themselves at the same time, and they also influence and purify each other. In this way, individuals experience their individual type of enlightenment and always reveal an individual mixture of enlightenment symptoms. "Enlightenment brings to light what has long been in the dark".
after the other then lights up strongly and existing deficits in light and strength are then balanced out among themselves. The human body and being are filled with light and enlightenment begins. It is therefore possible to advance and achieve enlightenment through the extreme cleansing of a plexus.
